Measuring 15 x 10cm, this compact yet detailed design is perfect for shelves, desks, mantelpieces or gallery walls. The delicate tree artwork symbolises strength, roots and togetherness, while each personalised name adds a touch of individuality that makes the piece truly special.
To keep the design looking balanced and readable, I allow up to 8 letters per name. Longer names can be included, but the more characters used, the smaller the font will appear. Where possible, I recommend using shortened versions or nicknames for names over 6 letters — this helps maintain clarity and ensures every name sits beautifully within the design.
Your chosen names, and you’re welcome to personalise the position of the names exactly as you wish. If you already have an idea of where you would like each name placed — you can let me know by email or WhatsApp. Please make sure you include your order number in your message so I can match everything up easily.

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Laser Touch Crafts, every item is made with care and personalised especially for you. I want you to feel completely happy with your order, so here’s how returns and refunds work.
Personalised Items
Because personalised items are created uniquely for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so I can put it right as quickly as possible.
Non-personalised items
Non‑personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’m here to help. Please contact me within 7 days with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
I’ll work with you to resolve the problem quickly — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless work has already begun on a personalised item. After this time, cancellations will not be possible.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery Info
Every order is created with care in my home studio. Because each piece is personalised, please allow 2–5 days for your item to be lovingly crafted before it’s ready to ship.
Delivery Costs
Shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your item. This ensures you only ever pay for the postage you need.
Couriers
I work with a range of trusted couriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel.
Seasonal delays
During busy periods, occasional delays can happen. I work hard to keep these to an absolute minimum, but if they do occur, please bear with me. I’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly where your order is in its journey.
Tracking
If you’d like to follow your parcel’s progress, please refer to your confirmation email where you should find a tracking link with the courier. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and created, then tracking will be set up and the link will be available.
