The pendant is crafted from high‑quality stainless steel, making it durable, tarnish‑resistant and perfect for everyday wear. It comes complete with a matching 45cm stainless steel chain, giving it a comfortable, elegant fit that sits beautifully on the neckline.

Your necklace can feature either a generic paw print design or, for something truly special, your pet’s actual paw print. If you’d like to use your pet’s real print, simply send me a high‑quality photo of their paw (or ink/paint print), preferably with a white or light background*. Please send the images by email or WhatsApp, along with your order number so I can match everything up easily. I’ll carefully convert your image into a clean, crisp engraving that reflects every little detail.

If you’re unsure how you want it to look, that’s absolutely fine — share any ideas, styles or wording you love, and I’ll happily create a selection of design options for you to choose from. Whether you want a name, date, short message (on the back) or just the paw itself, I’ll help you create something that feels personal and perfect.

This necklace makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, memorials, new pet celebrations or simply treating yourself to something meaningful. Each pendant is engraved to order, finished by hand and carefully packaged before being sent out.

*If your image is not clear, high quality, there is a chance that I will not be able to get the right contrast to lift the image and therefore may need to ask you to send over an ink/paint print instead.

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Laser Touch Crafts, every item is made with care and personalised especially for you. I want you to feel completely happy with your order, so here’s how returns and refunds work.
Personalised Items
Because personalised items are created uniquely for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.
If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so I can put it right as quickly as possible.
Non-personalised items
Non‑personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’m here to help. Please contact me within 7 days with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
I’ll work with you to resolve the problem quickly — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless work has already begun on a personalised item. After this time, cancellations will not be possible.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Shipping and Delivery Info
Every order is created with care in my home studio. Because each piece is personalised, please allow 2–5 days for your item to be lovingly crafted before it’s ready to ship.

Delivery Costs
Shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your item. This ensures you only ever pay for the postage you need.

Couriers
I work with a range of trusted couriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Seasonal delays
During busy periods, occasional delays can happen. I work hard to keep these to an absolute minimum, but if they do occur, please bear with me. I’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly where your order is in its journey.

Tracking
If you’d like to follow your parcel’s progress, please refer to your confirmation email where you should find a tracking link with the courier. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and created, then tracking will be set up and the link will be available.
