All of our products are customisable. Most of our designs are adaptable too, and are shown in our photos using made up names and dates, just to give you an idea of what can be done. But you do not have to have the design that we have shown on our website. Rather than make every design that we can think of and give you limited choice, we have chosen to show just one or two designs to showcase our products, but welcome your ideas and designs, making your items completely unique to you.

Please let us know if there is anything that you want but can't see as we are always adding new products and are happy to design unique ideas for you too.

If the product you are interested in doesn't have the facilities for you to choose what you would like (we're new to this and website building is a minefield!), please drop us and email, message by whatsapp or give us a call and we'll be happy to help you create your perfect item.

Returns and Refunds Policy

At Laser Touch Crafts, every item is made with care and personalised especially for you. I want you to feel completely happy with your order, so here’s how returns and refunds work.

Personalised Items

Because personalised items are created uniquely for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on my part.

If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so I can put it right as quickly as possible.

Non-personalised items

Non‑personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’m here to help. Please contact me within 7 days with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

I’ll work with you to resolve the problem quickly — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless work has already begun on a personalised item. After this time, cancellations will not be possible.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Info

Every order is created with care in my home studio. Because each piece is personalised, please allow 2–5 days for your item to be lovingly crafted before it’s ready to ship.

Delivery Costs

Shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your item. This ensures you only ever pay for the postage you need.

Couriers

I work with a range of trusted couriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. The courier used may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Seasonal delays

During busy periods, occasional delays can happen. I work hard to keep these to an absolute minimum, but if they do occur, please bear with me. I’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly where your order is in its journey.

Tracking

If you’d like to follow your parcel’s progress, please refer to your confirmation email where you should find a tracking link with the courier. Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed and created, then tracking will be set up and the link will be available.
